Another Look Inspections, LLC is an inspection company with specialists that have year of practical experience in the trades and home inspection.
Another Look Inspections conducts pre-purchase home inspections according to guidelines set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

ASHI
The American Society of Home Inspectors, founded in 1976, is the oldest and most respected international professional organization of independent home inspectors in North America. Its Standards of Practice and strict Codes of Ethics are benchmarks of professional performance and commonly utilized in other home inspection organizations as the model for home inspection standards.
After passing the National Home Inspector Examination, review of the inspector's reports, performing a minimum of 250 fee paid inspections and association with ASHI for a minimum of six months, inspectors must comply with the society’s bylaws, Standards of Practive and Code of Ethics, including the requirement to obtain a minimum of 20 credit hours of continuing education every year and often more.
ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics expressly prohibit inspectors to actively engage in real estate sales, to have financial interest in the sale of the property or provide repairs services for properties they inspect.
Real Estate professionals and government housing officials recommend that all home buyers have their prospective property examined by an independent home inspector before the final purchase commitment. These experts recognize that ASHI Certification is assurance of an inspector’s competence and professionalism. This is all a part of the ASHI experience.
